         We accept payment through approved payment providers. By placing an order,               you authorize us to charge to charge the full order amount, including applicable             taxes and shipping fees. 

     4.  Shipping

        Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped,                  Rose & Embers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or                      incorrect address information provided by the customer. 

    5. Returns & Exchanges

        All sales are subject to our Return Policy, which is posted separately on our                      website.  By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to those terms. 

    6. Order Cancellations

       Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please                 double-check your order before completing checkout.  

   7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

      If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of                  delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
