Returns

Strictly prohibit order changes, modifications, or cancellations after checkout

·       Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

·       Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

·       Proof of purchase is required.

 

Non- Returnable Items

·       Sales or clearance items

·       Gift cards

·       Accessories (including hats, jewelry, and bags)

·       Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

·       Approved returns will be refunded as store credit or to the original form of payment.

·       Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received.

·       Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

·       We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

·       Please contact us withing 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
